Less is more. Simply allow your Wagyu steak to come to room temperature, season with a little salt, seal both sides on a hot griddle pan and cook for 3-minutes on a reduced heat. Don’t overcook it! Make sure to let it rest in a warm place for five minutes, allowing juices to reabsorb and meat to relax.

Wagyu beef is a great addition to any stir fry. The quality of Wagyu beef means a relatively short encounter with the wok will deliver outstanding results.
Wagyu beef fillet is ideal for roasting. Prepare the fillet by rubbing with finely chopped garlic and herbs and sear the outside. Place in a hot oven for 25 minutes and allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
