In the Taylor & Clay restaurant, locally sourced steaks, wagyu beef, lamb and seafood are charred and smoked on an Asador Grill, and the seasonal vegetables come from a local organic garden. The result is deeply satisfying; a smallish menu of simple food, perfectly cooked and deliciously fresh and homemade. The flatbreads alone are worth a small Michelin star.
At Glenn’s we take pride in the quality of our Meat, Lamb & Pork ensuring that the type, grade etc, and the maturing is correct, preparing it to suit the customer, so that they will have the finest ingredients for every meal. If you are entertaining special guests this can be made very easy for you.
